Refund policy

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) or a manufacturer defective item.  Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

If product has been installed, worn, or damaged, the return will be denied. Rib Runner, LLC must be contacted before returning any item to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no writing, labels, or markings on the retail packaging. All returns must be placed inside a shipping box unless the item was originally shipped to you in its retail packaging. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return label and/or within the package; any package without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. Do not write on retail packaging or you will be subject to a restocking fee or refusal of the return. Please ensure your items are carefully packed. We highly recommend using shipping insurance. Rib Runner Tools, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Credit will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Rib Runner Tools, LLC is not liable for any labor and/or installation/removal expenses incurred by the customer as a result of a product purchase from Rib Runner Tools, LLC

Returns are not accepted on electrical items such as charging system components or ignition components unless for manufacturer's warranty claim if applicable. Please contact us to verify if your item is eligible for warranty claim from the manufacturer before returning an item.

Rib Runner Tools, LLC reserves the right to amend the return policy at any time.
