WHOLESALE DEALER ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

PURCHASING: All Rib Runner Tools LLC Authorized Wholesale Dealers must place their orders via our website  www.ribrunnertools.com. Upon approval of your submitted dealer application, you will be assigned a dealer login and password to  access our website and view dealer pricing. All Rib Runner Tools LLC dealers are required to purchase a minimum of $5000 annually to maintain dealer status. If an account falls below the $5000 annual purchase minimum, the dealer account status will be revoked and retail pricing will be applied to the account for any future purchases made. Payment methods currently accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Rib Runner Tools LLC does not extend credit terms to dealers, thus all orders must be paid in full upon checkout before the order will  ship. Rib Runner Tools LLC does not backorder items. All dealer orders are shipped from our Archbold, OH warehouse. We maintain an active inventory of all of our products and do not drop ship items to dealers. (For drop shipping items to your customers, please refer to our “Drop Shipping” section below).  

MANUFACTURER’S SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE: Rib Runner Tools LLC maintains a Minimum Advertised Price Policy (“MAP Policy”)  located at: https://ribrunnertools.com/pages/map-policy-rib-runner-tools Please read and understand this document before advertising any Rib Runner Tools LLC products for sale. Resellers are strictly prohibited from advertising for sale any Rib Runner Tools LLC products on third party websites. A third party website is any website not owned and controlled by the Reseller. Examples of third party websites include, but are not limited to, eBay.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, etc. This MAP Policy is strictly enforced and any violation of said policy is grounds for indefinite termination of dealer account status. Any questions regarding said MAP Policy can be directed to contact methods listed in said document.  

DROP SHIPPING: Rib Runner Tools LLC encourages its dealers to maintain an active inventory of products in order to offer the fastest and best possible service to retail customers. However, we do honor and process drop ship orders with no additional fee currently. The proper way to place a drop ship order is through our website www.ribrunnertools.com. During the checkout process  you will need to change the “SHIP TO” address of the order to that of the customer that you would like the order drop shipped to.  Please leave the “BILL TO” address as is required by the payment method you are using or your payment may not process properly  (especially true for credit/debit card orders). Rib Runner Tools LLC reserves the right to amend drop shipping policy at any time.  

RETURNS: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). Items must be returned in new, unused, unopened condition within 30 days of original purchase date. Rib Runner Tools LLC must be contacted before returning any item to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. If the return shipping label is provided by Rib Runner Tools LLC, the RMA number will already be printed on the label. If the return shipping label is generated by the customer, please write the RMA number on your shipping label. Please DO NOT write the RMA number on the original retail packaging/box or additional fees will be deducted from your return. Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). If the item is determined to be fit to return after examination by Rib Runner Tools LLC, credit will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Rib Runner Tools LLC reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY: Rib Runner Tools makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of (1) year beginning on the date of purchase or order. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase (e.g. in-store receipt or packing slip/invoice), date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. Rib Runner Tools LLC must be contacted by emailing info@ribrunnertools.com before returning any item to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. If not already printed on the shipping label, please write the RMA number on your shipping label. If our inspection verifies the defect, we will repair or replace the product at our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
